ORDER ERRORS
To error is human, although it makes us feel awful when on that rare occasion there is a mistake with one of our valued customers order.  We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible at info@skyhaggifts.com with the description of the order error.  We will respond within 24 hours with our best possible fix, we want you to be completely satisfied.

Minimum orders
There is never a minimum on any order.  No maximum either!

Product availability
All of our items illustrated on this site are actual photos of products available at the time of posting to this site.  As our warehouse is located in vicinity, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time you place your order.  We understand that this can place our customers in a needed gift dilemma and we express our sincerest apologizes for this inconvenience.
We will notify you immediately by email when this happens.  At times products may simply be out of stock and are on back order.  In certain situations we can offer you a suitable substitute that represents an equal or better value.  In the event a particular product is not going to be in stock again, we will work with you to ensure another product of your choice, which meets the original product price point or as close to, that may be purchased by you with a 20% discount.  We appreciate your business and want our customers satisfied.

cancellations
In the event you have placed your order and decided you need to cancel it, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an order has shipped and you need to cancel the order our policy requires that a credit will be issued to you minus the original and return shipping costs.  Also the credit will reflect a 20% restocking fee.

having your own business
If you have an interest in selling any or all of the products you have seen on the SKYHAG GIFT TERMINAL let us know!  We will be more than happy to give you any information or answer questions if you have an interest in becoming a sub-wholesaler for the SKYHAG GIFT TERMINAL.

we have catalogs
As much as we would love to have every item we have available in our warehouse posted on our web site, it’s impossible.  We do offer our complete line of gift products available in catalog version for $6.00.
