RETURN POLICY
merchandise returns
We are confident you will love the merchandise you have purchased from the
SkyHag Gift Terminal! In
the event the product you received is not exactly what you’d hoped for let
us know, we want you happy and your complete satisfaction is our
goal!
We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not
pleased with your order, let us know via email at
info@skyhaggifts.com,
we will make every attempt to resolve the problem. If you must return an
item, please email us with the reason(s) why, and we will notify you
promptly on how to proceed.
Return Conditions
Credits will be refunded to you when the returned merchandise is received.
Only the merchandise amount will be refunded after the
SkyHag Gift Terminal has
received the returned item(s). Credits from returns will be refunded
through PayPal to the original PayPal account through which original
merchandise was ordered.
All returns due to dissatisfaction must be made within 7 days of receipt,
complete in its original packaging;
merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings
or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Include the original packing slip with your reason for return, written
directly on the packing slip. Send package via USPS priority within 7 days
of receipt.
Items returned after 14 days from receipt are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. No items will be accepted for return, for any reason after 30 days.
Remember that the original shipping charges are not refundable,
also
all return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy
will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged to customer.

product damage
When you receive your packages(s), inspect them for damage. If the
package appears to have been mishandled during shipment and your
merchandise is damaged a claim must be filed with UPS. Please contact us
immediately at
info@skyhaggift.com
and we will instruct you further. If you receive damaged goods and the
packaging is undamaged, again please contact us immediately and we will
help resolve the situation.
All merchandise is covered by the shipper, but we at the SKYHAG GIFT
TERMINAL want to resolve this misfortune to ensure our customers have a
replacement in a timely manner.
